Fraunhofer ISE, with a staff of over 1200, is the largest solar research institute in Europe.\nIn five business areas \u2013 Photovoltaics, Energy-Efficient Buildings, Hydrogen Technologies and Electrical Energy Storage, Solar Thermal Power Plants and Industrial Processes\nPower Electronics, Grids and Smart Systems \u2013 The institute develops materials, components, systems and processes.
